Suitable for acid, alkaline, corrosive liquid, high viscosity or flowing liquid that easy to foamy and spume.

1- Filling by air-hydro cylinder driven with quantitative cylinder.

2- Filling speed stable and smoothly, it can be adjust separately.

3- Volume adjusted by scale, easy to operate.

4- Filling nozzle dip into bottle, avoid liquid foamy.

5- Check Valve designed ensure accuracy and easy to clean.

6- Height of filling nozzle is adjustable, suitable for various higher or lower bottle sizes.

7- Filling nozzle is easy to disassemble and maintain.

8- All parts that contact with liquid are made by Teflon coating, filling nozzle also made by Teflon.

9- Machine frame are made by SUS.304# and coating with HDPE.
